Trained in classical French technique with a deep reverence for Bengali cuisine, every dish that leaves the kitchen bears their personal philosophy.
Ingredients are sourced from trusted local farmers and fishermen — the same families who have supplied SOAA Resort since day one. Nothing arrives frozen. Nothing leaves uninspired.
